We require everyone to be 16 years or older and above 125lbs/57kg to be able to ride. We allow people to practice in our parking lot before going on their own to make sure they are comfortable.
We allow our customers to extend their rental as long as they have checked in with us. This is to ensure that we have the availability for any other reservations that we may have. However, if you decide to extend your bike ride while you are out riding? The extra cost (per hour & previously agreed via phone, etc) for the extended hours will be charged when checking out.

If you’re looking to increase your chances of seeing wildlife and while also avoiding crowds, we suggest heading out on the Coastal Trail between 8am and 11am. This time frame is ideal as it coincides with fewer people on the trail, who typically arrive after lunch, thus reducing the likelihood of encountering crowds.
